A beautiful, informative cruise. Callum was a very pleasant man. It was too short.
Good experience for the kids

Good experience for the kids. Peaceful and enjoyable fifty minutes. The guide was very warm and welcoming. Good to know Launceston's history. The boat is small but very convenient. Doesn’t get too crowded so that’s another win. Would surely recommend the cruise.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. After confirming a 9:30am cruise the day before we were due to board, we arrived 20 minutes early to be told that the cruise had been cancelled due to low numbers and that we had been put on the 10:30am cruise. We had not been notified and did not take a cruise as we had a flight to catch and was not happy with the service at the office. We are receiving a refund.

Had our cruise postponed twice

Had our cruise postponed twice, first time was because he said there was no one else booked on for that scheduled leave, second time because they thought itd be better to reschedule rather than come back late and miss our next appointments, mind you 5mins later the cruise left. Tour guide wasnt sociable or interactive with people on the tour. Wasnt very informative. Wouldnt go again and probly wouldn't recommend it

The 50min Cataract Gorge Cruise was wonderful

The 50min Cataract Gorge Cruise was wonderful. Our captain knew the area very well and had a lot of information to share about Launceston. On his recommendation we went on the James Boags Brewery tour which was amazing and very interesting. We also eat at the Cataract on Paterson which served up wonderful food. Loved the cruise, definitely as must for any visit to Launceston.

The Cruise Terminal is just 10-15mins walk from Launceston's CBD or a 5min taxi ride from most Launceston city accommodation, its convenient way to have a relaxing afternoon on the Tamar River.
