Inclusions

• On board a local cheese plate is served by your personal attendant.
• Bar facilities are available via your Club Car attendant.
• Take home a souvenir tumbler to remind you of the trip.
• Also included your choice of any lunch item on the "Set Menu" and a beverage of choice.

• Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday - Depart 10am, return 1pm.
• Sunday - Depart 10am, return 1:30pm.

Tips for the trip!

• Check in at the Tour Desk at least 45 minutes before departure (9:15am) so you can see the train pull into the station, chat with the volunteer drivers and guides, explore the historic Gympie Station and enjoy the diverse menu at the Rusty Rails Cafe.
• If you would like to enjoy breakfast in the Rusty Rails Cafe prior to departure, please phone 07 5348 9606 to book or arrive at 8am to ensure you have enough time before departure.
• If you are travelling with other passengers on another booking, please advise us so we can ensure you are seated together.
• Make sure you bring your camera!
• Depending on the direction of the train, guests will be travelling backwards for one direction of the trip.
• If you require assistance in boarding or have any medical issues that we need to be aware of please contact us directly.
• Please note: This carriage is not wheelchair accessible.
• Please note: For onboard purchases, it is eftpos only.

Cancellation Policy

• You MUST CALL the supplier before proceeding with cancelling this booking. 100% cancellation fee applies within 24hrs of tour date.

Booking Information

• If you are travelling with another party on a different booking, please note this in the Booking Notes at time of booking by entering "Travelling with...." to assist us in seating you together.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children under 2 years of age not occupying a seat travel free, however if you would like a guaranteed seat for your child under 2, please book as a fare. Please ensure you note all children travelling under 2 at time of booking.
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking.
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience.
