Location
Don't miss the opportunity of a lifetime with this shark dive at SEA LIFE on the Sunshine Coast! Take the plunge and you'll be able to come face to face with over 8 species of Sharks, Turtles and Stingrays, regardless of if you're an experienced scuba diver or not as training is provided so that you can delve into the underwater habitat of our ocean-dwelling friends. The wonders of the deep can only be fully appreciated when witnessed first hand, and you'll be amazed by their combination of grace and power as the drift through the water right in front of your eyes!
A great opportunity to dive with sharks, rays and reef fish in our very own 80 metre Ocean Tunnel. Your package includes all dive equipment and training, 2 hour experience and entry to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.
Inclusions
- Introduction to scuba diving, briefing and training session (approx. 90 minutes)
- 30 minute dive face-to-face with sharks, giant stingrays and more in our Ocean Tunnel
- All dive equipment & wetsuit
- 'I dived and survived' Shark Dive Xtreme certificate
- Entry to explore SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast

What To Bring
- Swimming costume/swimmers
- Enclosed footwear
- A Towel
- Toiletries (you are welcome to use our showers after your dive)
Additional Information
- Minimum age 14 years
- MUST be able to speak English (for health and safety reasons non-English speakers are unable to dive with the sharks)
- Do not drink alcohol the night before your dive
- Do not fly in an aircraft within 24 hours after your dive
- Able to lift and walk with approx. 40kg
- If customers have a current medical condition, ill health or are pregnant they do not participate in the shark dives due to possible health risk.
- If you do suffer from any medical conditions including recent injuries or surgeries you will be required to obtain a fully completed medical clearance from A QUALIFIED DIVE DOCTOR prior to booking in for the dive
- Indemnity form must be completed – if under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must fill out the Indemnity form
- Medical Declaration form must also be completed
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or over)
Terms And Conditions
- Divers must arrive at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast to check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time
- Late arrival or non-attendance will result in non admittance to the dive session. Missing your scheduled time is non-refundable
- Shark Dives are non-refundable, however your voucher can be transferred to another person
- SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast will refuse admittance to any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behaving badly in an offensive or uncooperative manner
- Personal underwater cameras are not permitted on Shark dives
