Time

• Daily departures 8.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm (depending on tides & weather conditions)
• Arrival time is 30 mins prior to the departure in preparation for the mandatory safety briefing & fitting of life jackets
• Please allow extra time for traffic & parking
• Failure to arrive in time for the safety briefing may jeopardise your tour

What To Bring

• Camera / phone, sunscreen, weather proof jacket, smile and sense of adventure
• We recommend comfortable clothing. In winter warm & water proof (if available)
• Ponchos are provided depending on weather conditions

• Simply show your ClubConnect voucher upon arrival
• Please provide a contact phone number or email address in case of any sudden changes
• All guests must fill in indemnity forms & be part of the safety briefing prior to departure
• Guests should be medically fit, have no back or neck problems and not be pregnant
• Skipper has right to refuse any person due to safety concerns
• Although we do our best to schedule tour ahead of time, departure times may be subject to change due to weather and tidal conditions to ensure the best possible experience & safety for our customers

Cancellation Policy

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation
• Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
• Contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation
• No-shows will be charged the full price. (This includes not arriving in time for the safety brief)

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
