Time

• Dives currently take place Friday and Saturday each week at 10am, 11am, 2.30pm or 3.30pm. Times are subject to change without notice
• 10:00am/11:00am - Divers are required on site at 8:45am for a safety briefing / induction
• 2:30pm/3:30pm - Divers are required on site at 1:30pm for a safety briefing / induction

Location

• SEA LIFE Melbourne is located on the corner of Flinders Street and King Street, Melbourne. It is situated on the Yarra River, opposite Crown Entertainment Complex.

What To Bring

• Swimming costume/swimmers
• Enclosed footwear
• A towel
• Toiletries (you are welcome to use our showers after your dive)
• Certified divers need to have their certification cards as well as log book

Additional Information

• Due to reduced pram capacity, guests must pre-book spaces online to take children's prams inside SEA LIFE Melbourne. This is to ensure a safe and accessible attraction for all guests requiring the use of lifts. Please book your Pram Reservation for the same timeslot as your admission tickets to avoid disappointment. See link here
• If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian attend check-in and the safety briefing (they do not need to complete the dive)
• To book a date for your experience with a gift voucher, please pre-book your timeslot. Please note, only Shark Dive Xtreme vouchers purchased via SEA LIFE Melbourne may be redeemed, any vouchers purchased through a third-party site must be redeemed through their respective website.
• This product is not refundable or transferable, with a 100% cancellation fee
• All divers must be over the age of 14 years
• All divers under 18yrs MUST have a parent or legal guardian attend check-in and the safety briefing (they do not need to complete the dive)
• Divers MUST be able to speak English (for health and safety reasons non-English speakers are unable to dive with sharks)
• Do not drink alcohol the night before you dive
• You MUST have a reasonable degree of swimming ability
• Do not fly in an aircraft within 24 hours after your dive
• Divers must be able to lift and walk with approx 35kg
• If you are pregnant, or planning to become pregnant, please do not book.
• Divers must be in good health
• Some medical restrictions apply

Terms And Conditions

• Late arrival or non-attendance will result in non admittance to the dive session. Missing your scheduled time is non-refundable
• All dive experiences are non-refundable, however your voucher can be transferred to another person
• SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium will refuse admittance to any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or behaving badly in an offensive or uncooperative manner
• Personal underwater cameras are not permitted on Shark Dive Xtreme
• It is recommended that if customers have a current medical condition, ill health or are pregnant they do not participate in the shark dive due to possible health risk
• All divers must read and complete our medical declaration questionnaire prior to booking. Once it has been completed, divers must send through a copy to our bookings team at experiences@melbourneaquarium.com.au for review*.

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
• Offers and inclusions are subject to change without notice
• We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 48 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
