• Upon booking, you will receive an instant confirmation with the local transport operator's information. You will need to reconfirm with the operator your pick up point and time by 2pm the day prior to your transfer
• Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the transport operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Confirmation of your transfer will be received at time of booking. Local transport operator's information including phone number is included on your confirmation voucher
• International arrival information - Please collect your luggage, clear customs and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Please wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre Sign. Your driver will make contact with you there.
