Time

• Flights depart daily from Cairns Airport. There are 2 flight time options, Morning (8:45am) and Midday (12:30pm). Upon completion of purchase, the flight operator MUST be contacted to confirm the exact flight time and hotel pick up time. Complete local flight provider's details are included on your tour confirmation voucher

Hotel Pickup

If you have booked a hotel

• Prior to completing your purchase, enter your hotel name in the 'Add Booking Notes' section of the shopping cart. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator a minimum of 48hrs prior to your day of travel to reconfirm your hotel pick up time

If you have not yet booked a hotel

• If you have not yet booked a hotel, enter the words 'hotel not known' in the 'Add Booking Notes' section of the shopping cart. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator a minimum of 48hrs prior to your day of travel to reconfirm your hotel pick up time

If you do not require a hotel pick up

• If you do not require a hotel pick up and will be meeting the tour at the tour departure point, enter the words 'pick up not required' in the 'Add Booking Notes' section of the shopping cart. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator a minimum of 48hrs prior to your day of travel to reconfirm your tour and the tour departure point

Additional Information

• Confirmation of your booking and exact flight time MUST be reconfirmed with the tour operator upon receiving your tour voucher. Complete tour operator details will appear on your tour voucher
• A minimum number of 2 passengers required for any single flight
• All passenger approximate weights MUST be advised at time of booking
• Prices listed on this site are per person
• Courtesy bus subject to availability; passengers that do not arrive at their pick up location on time may be classed as no-show
• Children are defined as being aged between 3-13 years
• One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap
• A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations
• There is a 130kg weight limit per individual passenger
