Experience the Australian Aboriginal culture in an authentic evening show and dinner inspired by real people and true events from the 1800’s. The Aboriginal culture is one of the oldest living cultures in the world and this cultural experience showcases the trials and challenges of British colonisation and Aboriginal life in the 19th Century.
The story focuses on the life of Jarrah and his family as they navigate life changing events that are brought to life in this show. Engage and interact with the production as you move around three different sets and become part of the story. Set within an Australian town - see a historic church, pub and Indigenous village modelled on historic 19th century villages.
This 2.5 hour cultural experience is an authentic retelling of historical events with all actors direct descendants of families that have experienced many of the life events told in this show. A traditional Australian buffet dinner and dessert buffet are included and a licensed bar is onsite. Transport is available from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane so come along and learn more about the Aboriginal culture in the Spirits of the Red Sand experience.
