Time

• The duration of this experience is approximately 2.5 hours.
• Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa operates Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 9am to 7pm every day of the year except Christmas Day and Good Friday.

What To Bring

• At the Spa, we provide robes, towels, slippers, shower caps, disposable briefs and all amenities required during your visit. Simply relax and reconnect.

Additional Information

• Appropriate swimwear is required in the bathhouse and sanctuary.
• Swimwear is available for purchase from the main reception area if you are unable to provide your own.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your spa experience so that we can properly prepare you in a relaxing manner.
• Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.
• Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which might affect your spa experience when making your reservation. For guests who are pregnant, we have specially designed spa experiences suitable for mums to be. Please allow us to help guide you in selecting which treatments will be most suitable for you during this special time.
• Located adjacent to our beautiful spa Relaxation lounge is our Spa Boutique. Choose from a selection of spa beauty products, health and lifestyle products, sensory body care products, candles, herbal teas and the exclusive Hepburn collection of spa products.

• A 100% charge will apply for all bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
