While parking can be an issue, (we went early Sunday afternoon) the staff were attentive and helpful from ticketting to exit. The experience was spectacular, fun, educational, we thoroughly enjoyed our time including the staff talks which were knowledgeable, feeding time was great to watch and my wife and I highly recommend the experience - but make sure you allow at least two to three hours.
Quite good actually

Quite good actually. Worth the time and money. If you’ve seen the one in Dubai, then probably might leave you a bit disappointed but otherwise, quite cool to visit with your family. You see surprisingly big sharks with a lot of other aquatic species that are lovely. Overall recommend!

Very nice and friendly stuff

Very nice and friendly stuff. Good way to learn about the sea animals. Thought it was great that they provide a free shuttle from Auckland city. I really enjoy the sense of humour of the guides. The penguins seem so happy and well cared. I'll definitely come back. The drinks were a bit expensive, so was the food. But worth it. Love their BLT sandwich.

We had a wonderful time at the aquarium

We had a wonderful time at the aquarium, it is underground and the restaurants and exhibits also have the underwater feel. Loved the penguins exhibit in particular.

The Aquarium was enjoyable but not as was expected

The Aquarium was enjoyable but not as was expected. It was quite small but still housed a number of animals, the penguins were definitely the highlight of the walkthrough. The travelator moving around the walk-through tank was also great and allowed you to see all of the animals in the tank with ease. We caught the free shuttle from the city which worked out great as it is a fair way out of the city, try and get there early as there is no formal line and if you don't get on you'll have to wait another hour or so for the next.

The visit to the Auckland Aquarium was a great deal and a great experience for our family

The visit to the Auckland Aquarium was a great deal and a great experience for our family. We enjoyed seeing unusual marine fauna, which we may never see in our country. We also learned a lot about Antarctica, its climate and conditions thanks to the Antarctic Centre located in the Kelly Tarton's Aquarium. We felt as if we had made a trip to the South Pole. The entry process was quick and easy with the vouchers obtained from Experienceoz. Overall, it was a wonderful and worthwhile experience, particularly considering the great price deal that we obtained from this website! Thank you.

Without any doubts

Without any doubts, you will like the place! If you are a Penguin fan, this is one of the best places to experience. You might have visited larger aquariums but if you are in Auckland this is one the places worth a visit, especially if you have kids. Its an educational tour for children and a place to spend a day with family. You won't regret your day.

Waste of money

Waste of money, small displays, took less than an hour. Not impressed with over crowding and very rude visitors. Won't be returning, Experience Oz is a good supplier and is not to blame for my bad experience.

We visited Kelly Tartlons with our son for his 1st birthday

We visited Kelly Tartlons with our son for his 1st birthday. We had a very enjoyable time. He enjoyed the fish and had a great experience. My only criticism is that it smelt very badly around the penguins. We had not been for years, the last time we went you went on a little ride around the penguins and I missed not having this experience, it's a shame they did away with it.

Experience Oz was great

Experience Oz was great! Good price and really easy to use. We bought ours on the day we were going to use it - it was great to use it straight away.

Make sure you see the divers feeding, it is a great sight watching all the fish and turtles surrounding the divers.
